Timeless TV Dinner Reviews
It started with the phrase, "You couldn't make that today"!
Film enthusiasts, industry professionals and long-time friends, Derrick, Steve, Amy and Kel, have been talking films together for years. They've discussed while on sets, in offices, on trucks, at poker games, and now on a podcast.
TTVDR is a conversationally witty, GenX exploration of the forgotten, underrated, and nostalgic 70s/80s films first enjoyed while eating a Salisbury steak TV tray dinner with the family or at a drive-in with that "it was never going to work" first date.
Before second-screen watching, there was only one screen, a couple channels and an admiration for the art of filmmaking, and the people behind the scenes.
Oh and, millennial, Producer Katie somehow converted one document to a .pdf and now joins to learn about movies she's never seen, while offering her perspective as the representative for the next generation.

Pop your collars and gel your mohawk because this week Timeless TV Dinner Reviews relives the best of the 80s and debates if mall culture, spiked punch, and Hollywood Boulevard are still relevant. You'll have to wait for the pod to see if a young, punk rock Nic Cage is the good guy or the bad guy in the 1983 film Valley Girl.
